The perfect place to experience stunning Snowdonia.
We bought the old family home; a 400 year old listed coaching Inn on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. Perfect…. This old lady needed a lot of love and attention (and money) pouring into her but more than anything else she needed to be ‘lived in’ and loved again. So two adults, two small children, one dog, and several cats moved in. Several years on, with many, many mistakes under our belt and a huge learning curve climbed – I’d say we were getting there.
Dave prefers to get his hands ‘proper’ dirty; so he fulfils his dream on a daily basis by running Bala Lake Railway. Ali – well I love people; I love their differences, their individual stories, meeting and greeting and strangely cleaning. It’s the perfect combination for running an award winning B&B…. professional with a good dose of friendly, personal.
